Student Film

This is a documentary connecting students and the community around the health of our water system, our Bay and our Oceans through the eyes of the next generation.

Students Saving the Ocean

Based on David Helvarg’s book “50 Ways to Save the Ocean” we reached out to the Bay Area community to come together to tell their stories as to how we can improve the health of our Bay and Oceans through our daily actions. We started to connect with students around tips that we can use in our daily life. Some of the students helped with the filming, others helped with the interviews and several Bay Area organizations pitched in. Here are some of the Chapters from the book that are reflected in the Student film.
